Machine Purpose: To cut precisely mopyarn to certain lengths for mop sewing
Our cutting station is an automatic machine for cutting mopyarn to the length you want. The operator inputs through the touch screen the length of the mop and amount of mops and thats it !!!
Incorporating heavy duty components and state of the art equipment this cutter allows ininterrupted service for high output environments. It allows two modes of operation, In line to feed one to three sewing stations or in direct output mode allowing non stop cutting for off line sewing stations.
This machine is compact and built for dusty/ debris environments of most mop shops, trouble free and safe operation.
Machine Purpose: wind mopyarn and sew onto dustmop backing, cut, put tyeing straps and fringe onto dustmop. Apply treatment onto mop.
Our automatic dustmop station is an sophisticated machine for making disposable and non-disposable dustmops. The machine feeds the mop yarn on cones winds , sews and cuts the mopyarn onto the backing, cuts the bottom of the yarn, a robotized arm applies the tyeing tape which cuts it with heat or it scores automatically the center slit and marks where the operator should cut the mop for finishing. The outcome is practically a finish dustmop, just one or two small operations more are required for finishing this product.
