TERRAPOLYESTER
This factory manufactures polyester fiber and byproducts , these products are made from recycled soda bottles !!!. Millions and millions of bottles no longer end up in dumps, but are being re-utilized and converted into a commodity traded worldwide - Hundreds of small business owners are part of the chain, that when you add the amount of direct employees - thousands of people are benefited plus the environment also !!! a win win deal.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT Plastic PET bottles are an environmental problem in many countries. In third world countries, due to the heat, the consumption of soft drinks is very high, therefore PET consumption is high. The amount of collecting versus what goes to the dumps is high.
The advantage of Third world countries is the percentage of collection is MUCH HIGHER than in industrialized countries. This is a benefit for the environment and land fills in those countries.
REUTILIZING RESOURCES Is another environmental choice, The polyester fiber bales are wrapped in recycled materials, the straps are reused or recycled. All our manufacturing facilities water is filtrated and cleaned, and reutilized again.
RECICLING OTHER COMPONENTS In addition, our company sells or recycles our own by products, so that zero waste goes to landfills . Even our organic waste is recycled into compost.

FIBRATEX
This factory recycles textile fibers and byproducts. This company recycles t-shirt, sock and thread waste and converts it into cotton fiber- It also blends , opens and cleans mill waste for factories all over the world. These fibers are then used in threads, twines, mops and much more.
HIMESA and HILCASA
These factories utilize the fibers from Terrapolyester and FIBRATEX and spins and weaves a variety of products, exporting worldwide to over 32 countries.

The above graph tells an unfortunate story. We're using more and more plastic bottles, and we're throwing more and more of them in the dump. Plastic waste takes a long, long time to biodegrade, and recent research has shown that if it end up in bays or oceans, plastic can break up into micro-sized plastic particles and contaminate the marine food chain. We can do better!
